Yes! A 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

This 1-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by the manufacturer of the product (“Manufacturer”) and applies to the original purchaser of the product (“Customer”). This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

During the Warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective due to manufacturing faults. Replacement products may be new or refurbished and will be functionally equivalent to the original product. This Warranty applies only when the product is used in accordance with the Manufacturer’s instructions and intended purpose.

This Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, alteration, negligence, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, unauthorized repairs, or use with incompatible equipment. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by improper handling, storage, or maintenance are also excluded. This Warranty does not cover labor costs, removal, reinstallation, or incidental expenses.

To obtain Warranty service, the Customer must provide proof of purchase and contact the Manufacturer or an authorized distributor for instructions. The Manufacturer may require the product to be returned for inspection prior to approving a claim. Shipping costs associated with Warranty claims may be the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise required by law.

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Manufacturer disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the stated Warranty period.

The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
